HOW IT WORKS
Getting started with Natridy Slushie
Slushies are created through the physics of freezing point depression. When sugar or alcohol is present in a liquid, it lowers the freezing point so the mixture forms smooth ice crystals instead of solid blocks of ice.
That’s why our machine requires drinks with at least 5% sugar or an alcohol level between 2.8%–16%. This ensures the perfect slushie texture. If sugar content is too low, the drink may become too icy and jam the motor; if too high, the slushie may turn watery.
Prefer a zero-sugar option? Allulose is the ideal replacement — it behaves like sugar in freezing, creating the same smooth texture without added calories.
Once your recipe is ready, the Natridy Slushie Machine will be the center of every family gathering and party with friends.
Party-Ready Drink in One Button
Once your recipe is ready, choose from 5 preset modes, each tuned to a different texture and taste:
Cold Drink (20–25 min, light chill): Refreshing soft drinks, perfectly cooled without freezing.
Slushie (35–65 min, medium freeze): Classic icy, semi-frozen texture — smooth and spoonable.
Milkshake (30–37 min, thick & creamy): Dense, frothy blends with air incorporated for a velvety sip.
Cocktail (22–35 min, extra-cold freeze): Because alcohol freezes at lower temperatures, this mode runs colder to achieve the right slush balance. Works best with 2.8%–16% alcohol drinks such as frozen mojitos and gin slushies.
Ice Cream (37–45 min, crisp chill): A deep, steady freeze creates a scoopable texture with rich, indulgent flavor.

Q1: Can I use any kind of drink to make a slushie?
The machine requires a minimum of 5% sugar or an alcohol level between 2.8% and 16% to make proper slushies. Drinks below these levels may freeze into solid ice and jam the motor. Always ensure your recipe meets these requirements.
Q2: What if I want a zero-sugar drink?
Traditional sugar substitutes like stevia or erythritol won’t freeze properly. If you prefer 0-sugar slushies, we recommend using allulose. It behaves like sugar in freezing and helps the machine form the right ice crystals without added calories.
Q3: I added sugar, but the stirrer jammed. Why?
If sugar is not fully dissolved, undissolved grains act like sand and can damage the machine. Also, liquids with less than 5% sugar freeze too hard, creating large ice blocks that jam the stirrer. Always dissolve sugar completely and ensure proper sweetness.
Q4: How should I adjust sugar levels?
Use honey or fructose syrup, which dissolve faster than sugar. A good starting point is 1 part syrup to 7 parts liquid (about 5.4 oz syrup + 36.6 oz liquid for 42 oz total). For smaller batches, increase syrup slightly (e.g. 1.5:6.5). Always keep sugar above 5%.
Q5: Why is my slushie too watery or too icy?
Too watery: Your recipe has more sugar than the default range. Lower the temperature (add 1–2 lights).
Too icy: Your recipe has less sugar (below 5%). Raise the temperature (remove 1 light).
If the problem continues, reduce sugar slightly or dilute with water.
Q6: Can I use fruit pulp?
No. Fruit pulp can block the stirrer. Blend and strain juice first, then adjust sweetness with syrup to stay above 5% sugar.
Q7: What happens if I forget to turn it off?
The machine can run continuously for up to 12 hours, then shuts off automatically. Over time, water evaporates and sugar concentration rises, making the texture thinner. This is normal.
Q8: What if the panel lights are flashing?
All lights flashing: Barrel not locked. Push in and secure lever.
Right lights flashing: Mixture too dry (sugar below 5%). Unplug, wait 5–10 mins, then restart on Cold Drink mode. Add more syrup or raise temperature.
Left lights solid: Temperature sensor issue, often from hot liquid (>104°F / 40°C). Contact support.
Q9: What if the machine tips over?
The machine has a tilt sensor. If knocked over or placed unevenly, it will shut off for safety. Always use on a stable, level surface away from children and pets.
