Q1: What types of food waste can Natridy process?

Natridy is designed to handle a wide range of organic kitchen waste, including:

Fruits & Vegetables: Peels, scraps, pits, leaves, stems

Meat & Seafood: Small amounts of chicken, pork, beef; fish meat, bones, skin; seafood without hard shells

Eggs & Plant-Based: Eggs and eggshells, tofu, beans, legumes, oatmeal.

Leftovers: Rice, vegetables, small amounts of sauces, baked goods, defrosted frozen foods.

Beverage Residue: Coffee grounds, tea leaves, biodegradable tea bags.

Plant Waste: Small amounts of trimmed plant leaves or herbs.

💡 Tip: For best results, cut waste into smaller pieces and drain excess liquid before putting it into the machine.

Q2: What should I NOT put into the machine?

To protect your Natridy and ensure smooth operation, please avoid the following:

High-Sugar Items: Chocolate, candy (can harden inside the chamber)

Wood Materials: Sawdust, wood shavings (flammable), pine or cedar branches (toxic)

Sticky or Hard Substances: Raw dough, hard bones (e.g. beef), hard fruit pits (e.g. avocado), nutshells (e.g. walnuts)

Fatty oil, grease, butter, and margarine: Not recommended as they won't evaporate! Whenever you put in oily contents, you can add a certain amount of four together into the process, so that you can get a perfect compost result.

Non-Organic Items: Paper towels, sanitary items, soaps, detergents, wipes, diapers, plastic, ceramics, glass.

Liquid Waste: Avoid pouring in large amounts of liquid.

Animal or Human Waste: Including cat/dog/bird droppings.

Non-certified Plastics: Such as non-compostable capsules.

Starchy Root Vegetables (Cooked): Can clump and burn.

Q3: How effective is the odor control system?

Natridy uses a dual-channel air filtration system with an 800g activated carbon filter — twice the industry standard — for long-lasting and powerful deodorization.

Q4: How do I clean Natridy?

Natridy features a removable blade that can be taken out and washed in a dishwasher — no special tools needed. Regular cleaning keeps the system running efficiently.

Q5: Do I need to replace any parts?

Carbon Filter: The system will notify carbon filter replacement after 500 hours of operation. You can also replace the filter whenever unpleasant odor escapes. Please contact our customer service to purchase spare filters. You can also purchase raw active carbon from other chanels, but it might be less effective than the original Natridy filter.

Blade: Made from durable materials; does not require frequent replacement, just occasional cleaning.

Q6: What should I do when I'm away from home?

Just treat it as one of your regular home appliances. Clean it, dry it, unplug it, and store it. Bon voyage!
